Name of the society shall be Himachal Pradesh Ophthalmological Society (HPOS) the term society shall imply H.P.O.S.
The Society shall be governed by its constitution by laws and the H.P.Societies Regulation Act, 2006.
The registered office of the society will be located at Set no-6, Block –B, Correstophen Estate, Lakkar Bazaar ,Shimla(H.P)-171001.
The objectives of the society shall be the cultivation and promotion of the study and practice of ophthalmic science, research and man power development with a view to render service to the community and a bid to promote social contacts among ophthalmologists.
